UNITE 2026: Fort Lauderdale brought together a record number of ProcessUnity customers, partners, industry experts, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) leaders for three energizing days of connection, collaboration, product innovation, and hands-on learning.

Hosted June 3–5 in Fort Lauderdale, this year’s North American ProcessUnity Customer Summit gave attendees a firsthand look at the future of TPRM. Across keynote sessions, customer presentations, partner-led discussions, product deep dives, and bootcamp training, one theme carried through the entire event: organizations need smarter automation and vendor intelligence to scale their programs.

The conversations in Fort Lauderdale reflected the market’s rapid evolution today. Teams continue to manage larger vendor ecosystems, growing regulatory expectations, expanding cyber threats, and increasing pressure from business stakeholders. UNITE gave the ProcessUnity community a dedicated space to explore those challenges together and share strategies for building more proactive, intelligence-led risk programs.

A Record-Setting Gathering of the ProcessUnity Community

This year’s Fort Lauderdale summit marked our largest UNITE audience to date, underscoring the strength and momentum of the ProcessUnity customer community. Attendees represented a wide range of industries, program maturity levels, and risk management priorities, which created valuable opportunities for peer learning throughout the event.

From the opening keynote to the closing bootcamp sessions, customers exchanged ideas on how to modernize workflows, improve visibility, reduce manual work, and strengthen third-party oversight. Networking breaks, lunches, and evening receptions kept those conversations going beyond the formal agenda and helped attendees build relationships with peers facing similar operational, regulatory, and technology challenges.

The energy throughout the summit made one thing clear: TPRM leaders want practical innovation, including automation and AI they can trust to deliver real value without the hype. That trust is central to ProcessUnity integrity: delivering capabilities that are transparent, reliable, and built to help organizations act with confidence in complex risk environments. They want solutions that help their teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus their resources where they can create the greatest impact.

Product Innovation and AI Take Center Stage

Product innovation played a major role throughout UNITE 2026: Fort Lauderdale. Attendees heard from ProcessUnity leaders during the Product Year in Review and Product Roadmap sessions, gaining insight into recent platform advancements and the capabilities shaping the next phase of Third-Party Risk Management.

AI remained a major focus across both the summit and bootcamp agendas. Sessions explored how AI-powered capabilities can reduce repetitive assessment work, improve consistency, accelerate evidence review, and help teams manage growing vendor portfolios more efficiently.

Hands-on bootcamp sessions gave attendees a closer look at ProcessUnity capabilities, including demos and interactive presentations of ProcessUnity Risk Index, AI-Powered Assessments, Evidence Evaluator, and Assessment Autofill. These sessions showed how practical AI can support day-to-day TPRM work by helping teams streamline workflows, review documentation more efficiently, and scale assessment processes without sacrificing quality.

Attendees also drilled down into capabilities, including ProcessUnity reporting, dashboards, bulk actions, landing pages, and workflow optimization, and how they support efficient operations. These product-focused sessions gave administrators, program owners, and power users tangible ideas they could bring back to their organizations and feel confident acting on.

Advancing Risk Intelligence with the ProcessUnity Risk Index

ProcessUnity Risk Index also served as a major theme throughout the summit. As organizations look for faster and more reliable ways to identify, prioritize, and act on vendor risk, risk intelligence continues to play a central role in modern programs.

During dedicated ProcessUnity Risk Index sessions, attendees explored practical use cases, workflow applications, and opportunities to use richer vendor intelligence to guide program decisions. These discussions showed how teams can move beyond static assessments and use data-driven insights to better focus their attention on the vendors that matter most.

Bootcamp sessions led by ProcessUnity product experts gave attendees additional opportunities to see the ProcessUnity Risk Index in action and ask questions directly to the product experts behind it.

Customer and Partner Perspectives Bring Real-World Context

Customer and partner presentations added valuable real-world perspective throughout the summit. While each organization brought its own priorities and program challenges, the customer-led case study sessions highlighted how leading organizations approach program transformation, vendor engagement, assessment efficiency, and risk-based decision-making. These stories helped bring ProcessUnity capabilities to life with real-world examples, and the chance for customers to share insights and explore new ideas.

Partner-led sessions expanded the conversation even further, covering topics such as private supplier risk, early risk warning signals, AI vendor risk, and the role of regulation in responsible TPRM. Together, the customer and partner sessions gave UNITE attendees a well-rounded view of where the market is today, and where it’s heading as organizations prepare their programs for what comes next.

Building Skills Through Hands-On Bootcamp Training

UNITE 2026: Fort Lauderdale also included dedicated bootcamp programming designed to help customers deepen platform expertise and return to their teams with actionable takeaways.

Across multiple tracks, attendees explored AI-powered assessments, analytics and dashboards, landing page design, ProcessUnity Risk Index workflows, feature launch labs, bulk actions, platform design, workflow optimization, calculated images and icons, and much more.
