Platform & Application-Specific Tracks
ProcessUnity training classes consist of two tracks – ProcessUnity Platform and ProcessUnity Solutions. Platform classes focus on system-level features, such as administration and reporting. Solution courses are module-specific; training users on best practices in Third-Party Risk Management, Policy & Procedure Management, Offer Management and more. Both tracks offer options for solution administrators, power users and general business users. To reinforce key concepts, each course attendee receives their own training instance for hands-on labs, exercises and tests.
ProcessUnity offers certification for customers and partners that demonstrate a complete understanding of the ProcessUnity Platform and Solutions. To earn certification, users must pass a test comprised of questions and hands-on labs featured in training classes. Participating in Platform and Solution-specific Training is recommended (but not required). In-person certification tests are available on select dates throughout the year.
Training Schedules & Delivery
ProcessUnity’s in-person classes can be delivered in a variety of formats to meet the needs of customers and partners of all sizes. Organizations with larger teams can host training in their offices, at ProcessUnity’s offices, or at a facility convenient to its employees.
