    Architecting Vendor Multi-Risk Domain Strategy

Will share practical approaches to Architecting Vendor Multi-Risk Domain Strategies that help teams prioritize vendor risk and drive action across third-party programs. The session will cover best practices for structuring multi-domain assessments, tiering vendors, and focusing reviews on the risks that matter most, so stakeholders align around clear, defensible decisions. AI and Beyond: Modernizing TPRM

AI is reshaping how TPRM teams operate by removing friction and improving signal without compromising judgment. In this session, we walk through practical, real world AI use cases that ProcessUnity can support today. We cover faster questionnaire work, stronger evidence review and validation, pattern detection across third party data, and clearer prioritization with next best actions. We also highlight high impact outcomes powered by proven non AI capabilities, including workflow automation, monitoring driven triage, issue and remediation tracking, and decision ready reporting. Attendees leave with a clear view of where AI fits, where it does not, and how to scale both across the full TPRM lifecycle.

Deep Dive: Risk Index Use Cases

See how ProcessUnity Risk Index turns fragmented risk signals into a single, explainable 100-point score that blends inside-out control evidence from third parties with outside-in threat intelligence and perimeter scanning. Walk through onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring use cases that help teams triage vendors fast, spotlight high-impact domains, and route vendors into the right level of review based on risk tolerance. Learn how domain-level drilldowns and workflow triggers convert score changes into issues, mitigation plans, and tracked remediation so every signal drives action instead of noise.

Behind the Console - Tips, Tales, & Triumphs from the front lines of Administration

In this 2-hour, interactive, hands-on workshop, you will roll-up-your sleeves and dive into the ProcessUnity Workflow platform to perform a series of administrative configuration tasks, each contributing to a tour of ProcessUnity’s abundant flexibility and configuration capabilities.

    • We will explore three (3) different themes, each based on common business activity.
    • Each theme will present a handful of related tasks to complete. They will start simple and gradually become a bit more challenging.
    • We will work independently as administrators, self-paced, with time for review and Q&A.
    • We will time-box these themes to 25 minutes each, which includes time for setup and review.
    • Nobody is expected to complete all the tasks in the time provided. How far can YOU get?
    • Detailed answer keys will be provided to check your work, or to use later on if you don’t finish.
