  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM- Reporting & Data Analysis- This introduces reporting basics, from building reports with columns/filters to creating charts and dashboards. Learn about the configurations via hands-on practice challenges.
  • 10:30 AM – 10:45 AM- Break
  • 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM- Notification Management– Learn about notification components, email messaging, recipient types, and complete configuration challenges to build workflow-driven, reminder, and report-based notifications.
  • 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM- Lunch Break
  • 1 1:15 PM – 2:45 PM- Questionnaire Management- Understand how to build questionnaire templates with sections, conditional questions, and other configurations. Apply templates via assessment types and default scopes.
  • 2:45 PM – 3:00 PM- Break
  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM- Effective Property Management- Highlights best practices for property configuration, including required fields, auto-update rules vs. number calculations, and avoiding flickering through proper setup.
  • 6:00 PM- Welcome Dinner/Reception- At the Park Plaza Victoria
