Join the Product Management & Solutions group – a hybrid hands-on team that gathers market requirements like a Product Manager and configures and refines customer solutions like an Implementation Consultant. This is an exciting role that will tailor our market-validated Cybersecurity Program Management solution as a repeatable and relevant product offering.  Work alongside the Product Solutions Director to learn the inner workings of the ProcessUnity platform, collaborate with customers, prospects and Strategy resources to define and refine market challenges, and actively configure and technically implement the solution to bring to market.

  • is self-motivated enough to want to grab the reins themselves

Our office is located in historic West Concord, Ma, but employees have been working safely and effectively from home during this time.  Although we will be opening the office very soon, remote work may be a possibility.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in using and configuring ProcessUnity platform for our Cybersecurity Program Management (CPM) solution.
  • Work with the Product Solutions Director to gather customer requirements and translate into ProcessUnity’s capabilities.
  • Configure ProcessUnity’s software application for customers using an enablement approach.
  • Update (and sometimes author) documentation to enable internal teams
  • Work closely with Customer Success Implementation team
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, project standards and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of implementations and team processes/policies/procedures.

Required Experience / Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the successful implementation or administration of complex software solutions. This is a must and will help make this job so much easier!
  • Competency in administering an enterprise platform (e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, Oracle, SAP) a plus
  • Professional experience within cybersecurity or GRC
  • Track record in being able to learn applications and processes quickly
  • Personal characteristics that are highly analytical and detail oriented
  • Passionate about not just getting something right – but doing it in an efficient way
  • Enthusiastic self-starting team player.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets or database models a plus
