About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to execute demand generation programs with our growing portfolio of strategic and channel partners. The emphasis of this role will be driving end-customer demand generation activities with ProcessUnity partners. The role will collaborate closely with ProcessUnity’s global partner organization and demand generation team. Our new team member will also work with our partner enablement team to create campaigns that drive trainings and certifications.

You will be joining a small (but growing) team that moves fast and wears many hats. This position will play a significant role in driving growth across our product portfolio and shaping our company’s future.

You will be responsible for executing partner marketing initiatives globally, with responsibility for planning, execution and reporting on your programs, campaigns and events. You will collaborate with ProcessUnity’s global partner organization to develop communication, campaign, content and event best practices.

This is a results-driven role where Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and Partner Deal Registrations (PDRs) are fundamental metrics of success. Reporting and analyzing activities to make recommendations and improvements is critical.

The Partner Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations. This role is open in our Concord, MA office or remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute quarterly marketing partner plans and campaigns
  • Develop and implement partner marketing programs including webinars, digital advertising, email, blog posts and web content
  • Effectively partner with the demand generation and marketing operations teams on program targeting, execution, tracking and measurement
  • Effectively collaborate with the global partner organization to develop and maintain marketing relationships with content, channel and strategic partners
  • Work with Product Marketing to understand our platform and technology integrations, and translate the value prop to our partners and prospects

The Skills You’ll Bring

  • 3-5+ proven experience in a B2B software marketing function, with at least 2 years in a partner marketing or similar role such as demand generation, content marketing or field marketing
  • Experience carrying out co-marketing programs with partners
  • The ability to effectively influence both internal and external partners across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Partner GTM models including resellers, consultants, systems integrators, and managed service providers
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with comfort level presenting to business owners and senior management
  • Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with partner managers
  • and Marketo experience is helpful
  • Some travel will be required
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate unforeseen obstacles gracefully
