ProcessUnity, a leading provider of cloud-based risk and compliance management is looking for a marketing programs manager to generate pipeline for our expanding sales and business development teams. You will be joining a small team that moves fast and wears many hats. This position will play a significant role in driving the growth of our newly launched cybersecurity product and shaping our company’s future. This role reports to the Principal Marketing Program Manager and is based in our Concord, MA offices. (Note that our company is currently working remotely due to the COVID-19.)
Do you have a track record of successfully managing and driving campaigns in a high-growth SaaS organization? Then we want to talk with you. Here is what we are looking for in a team member.
You know how to generate pipeline.
You know the difference between an MCI and an SQL, and you get excited each quarter when the team hits its quarterly pipeline target. You can design a marketing program from the ground up, find new lead generation vehicles and reheat last year’s leads. You know your way around Salesforce.com, Marketo (or equivalent) and other key technologies in the MarTech stack. You can organize and host a webinar, generate great content ideas and write/edit good copy. Finally, you can juggle relationships with multiple vendors and manage a budget.
You’re an excellent communicator.
From executive-level reporting to sales enablement sessions, you’ll need to showcase your results and make sure the sales development and inside sales teams are ready to follow-up on your programs. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver quality content as well as make existing content better. You can translate techno-speak into something everyone understands.
You are ready to learn/do more.
At a high-growth company like ProcessUnity, every day is different. The ideal candidate is excited about constant change. This is a great opportunity to round out your marketing skills and contribute to many key marketing programs – including digital/email marketing, inbound marketing/search engine optimization, lead generation, ABM, events and more.
