Marketing Manager

ProcessUnity, a leading provider of cloud-based risk and compliance solutions, is looking for an up-and-coming marketing superstar to help expand our brand and generate more leads. You will be joining a growing team that moves fast and you’ll own a substantial portion of our marketing program, including the web site, search engine marketing, conferences/events, and more. You will play a significant role in shaping our company’s future and you’ll have the opportunity to grow with the team and the rest of the company. The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and is based at our offices in Concord, MA.

Required Traits, Skills & Experience:

You are tech savvy.

Our ideal candidate has a geeky side and is comfortable learning new technologies. You will be heavily involved with the corporate website, so HTML and WordPress experience is a plus. Additionally, you are more than comfortable with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with marketing automation (Marketo) and search engine optimization tools (Moz) are a bonus.

You are all about details and deadlines.

You are a notorious note-taker and always on top of deadlines. This role juggles multiple responsibilities simultaneously and requires great attention to detail. You are extremely organized and always prepared – but can go with the flow when things change.

Other requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • 1 – 3 years of prior experience in a high-tech marketing role
  • Above-average writing ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Web design (HTML/CSS/WordPress) is a plus
  • Photoshop experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally
