Marketing Manager

ProcessUnity, a leading provider of cloud-based vendor risk management software and one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts according to The Boston Globe, is expanding its marketing team. We are looking for a unique marketing professional – an all-around expert that can do many things better than most. As such, the exact role and job title are negotiable based on the quality and skillset of the hired team member.

You will be joining a small team that moves fast and wears many hats. This critical position will play a significant role in shaping our company’s future and will offer the opportunity to grow with the team and the rest of the company. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales Operations and is based in our Concord, MA offices. (Note that our company is currently working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.)

Required Traits, Skills & Experience:

As with all ProcessUnity roles, this is a “hands-on” position; you can teach/coach/manage, but you can also get the job done yourself. Our perfect candidate has a number of the following traits:

  • You can write – email copy, datasheets, press releases, telemarketing scripts, white papers/guides, etc.
  • You are technical – marketing automation (we use Marketo), salesforce.com, SalesLoft, HTML, Wistia, etc.
  • You are graphical – PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.
  • You can build and run marketing programs that generate measurable results – email campaigns, webinars, trade shows, etc.

Other requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in demand generation roles for B2B tech companies
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally (travel is not required during the pandemic)
