HR Director

ProcessUnity, a leading provider of cloud-based risk and compliance solutions, is looking for an HR Director to join its rapidly expanding business. ProcessUnity’s software as a service (SaaS) platform gives organizations the control to assess, measure, and mitigate risk to ensure the optimal performance of key business processes. We are looking for a dynamic HR Director to step in to a high-growth environment and lead our talent and culture initiatives. The position reports to the CFO and would ideally be based at our headquarters offices in Concord, MA.  As the first HR Director for ProcessUnity, you will be able to put your thoughts into action!

The HR Director is responsible for designing, organizing and leading strategic HR initiatives. In summary, this position will focus on three main areas:

  • Talent recruitment: We are expanding rapidly. The HR director will work with the leadership team to help facilitate and accelerate the recruiting process and make sure we are bringing in a talented and diverse candidate pool.
  • Talent development: With rapid growth comes opportunities and challenges. We want our team to be ready.  The HR Director is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives such as training and development, career path progression, performance management and retention programs.
  • Culture: We have been recognized as a “Top Place to Work” by the Boston Globe, but need to make continuous improvements to ensure we succeed. The HR Director will lead company-wide global initiatives to engage and motivate our team and promote our culture.

To achieve these objectives, the HR Director will:

  • Lead HR-related objectives and initiatives
  • Design, develop and launch strategies to assess and retain top talent
  • Implement systems to gain efficiencies in the recruiting process or HCM space
  • Create and execute development programs
  • Track and assess data to guide company decisions and other performance-related initiatives
  • Lead strategic recruiting efforts and promote the ProcessUnity brand to candidates
  • Coach peers and leaders on performance conversations and conflict resolution
  • Understand and apply knowledge of employee relations and labor law
  • Work with leaders to establish methods and strategies for retention of top talent
  • Lead annual companywide training initiative
  • Aid in the development of compensation programs
  • Support potential future M&A from a talent and culture standpoint
  • Oversee Benefits & Office administration, including important processes like building/office expansions, Open Enrollment and wellness initiatives
  • Serve as coach and mentor to team with the primary goal of aiding in their development
  • Oversee development and implementation of policies and procedures

What you will be expected to bring to the table:

  • 5-10 years of HR experience in a growth and performance-focused company
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Leadership experience or aptitude
  • Creative mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Hands-on approach to challenges
