ProcessUnity offers two support options for its on-demand solutions: Basic and Enhanced. Basic Support is included with every subscription. Basic Support features web-based ticketing and technical FAQs, with support staff available via the web or phone. Enhanced Support offers everything provided by Basic Support and more, including features such as 24×7 phone support and service level agreements.

Basic Support
