As president and chief executive officer, Todd Stone is responsible for leading ProcessUnity’s strategy and day-to-day business operations. Since co-founding ProcessUnity in 2003, Todd has helped grow the company from a Route 128 start-up to a global provider of Software-as-a-Service solutions. Under his leadership, ProcessUnity has dramatically scaled its product offerings and distribution channels while maintaining a strong culture of high-performance and innovation.
Throughout his career, Todd has grown successful technology businesses from complex technical concepts in emerging market segments. Prior to ProcessUnity, Todd was Senior Partner at Computer Sciences Corporation, where he ran CSC Consulting Group’s advanced technology services practice and CSC’s component-based software business, as well as CSC’s global alliances. Previously, he held management positions at Ontos, an object database technology start-up.
Todd started his career with IBM in 1981 as a software developer in Bethesda, Maryland. From 1985-1988, he led an international product development team while on assignment for IBM in Portsmouth, England. After returning from the UK, he joined the IBM sales force and for five years sold IBM products and services to global financial services customers.
Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
Chris Murphy is responsible for all ProcessUnity revenue, customer operations, and channel partnerships.
He brings twenty-five years of successful enterprise sales and sales leadership experience to ProcessUnity, with a track record of start-up successes as Vice President of Sales at TimeTrade Systems, geoVue, Integrated Development Enterprise, and Oberon Software. Chris was one of the original employees of CRM pioneer Clarify. During his tenure with Clarify, Chris became their #1 salesperson worldwide and was promoted to Northeast Regional Sales Manager, where he managed offices in both Boston and Toronto. Earlier in his career, he spent time in sales roles with Walker Systems and Sybase.
Chris earned a BA in Administrative Science from Colby College.
As vice president and chief technology officer, Eric Kemp is responsible for research and development, infrastructure, and production operation of ProcessUnity’s software platform and solutions. As a co-founder, Eric designed and developed the company’s first software platform and set the strategy to adopt a pure SaaS business model.
With over twenty years of experience with large scale Internet-based applications, Eric brings broad architectural vision and insight, along with deep hands-on expertise to the rapid design and development of highly-adaptable software. At Computer Sciences Corporation and later as CTO of The Learning Network, he has architected and managed numerous enterprise technology initiatives from physical and logical network design to fully-integrated internet service platforms.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Colby College.
As a co-founder and the first company product manager, Peter Battisto helped set the strategic direction for the business while defining and packaging ProcessUnity’s software products. Today, Peter continues to work directly with ProcessUnity’s customers and partners, and advises senior leadership on product, market, and operational issues.
Peter is an expert in the acquisition, organization, and presentation of business content and concepts. Throughout his career, he has applied his deep technical and management skills to the creation of process-based methods and the design of technology and content management products. Prior to ProcessUnity, Peter worked at Computer Sciences Corporation, Interactive Data Corporation, Palladium Software, Keydata, Bank of Boston, and Samsung.

As vice president of engineering, Paul Carroll is responsible for the development and production deployment of the ProcessUnity software platform and solutions.
He is a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record of building first-class software for over twenty years. Prior to joining ProcessUnity in 2007, Paul was Director of Software Engineering for Charles River Development, where he was responsible for delivering major components of their global trading and compliance software product for investment managers. Previously, Paul delivered independent software consulting solutions to Verizon, Miles Pharmaceuticals, Putnam Investments, Dominos, and Fidelity Investments.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
Lisa is responsible for managing ProcessUnity’s solutions for the financial services and healthcare industries. Lisa joined the company in 2013, having spent the last five years as a consultant for her own firm, Weil Consulting, and with key partners NorthHighland Co, and BridgePoint. Throughout her consulting tenure she had hands-on experience helping leading Retirement and Asset Management firms, assess and transform their businesses for profitable growth. Previously Lisa was Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where during her twelve year tenure, she held various product leadership roles, spanning across the Institutional and Retail markets. Prior to joining Fidelity, she spent nearly ten years, in a variety of technical consulting and product roles in the Software industry.
Lisa has spent her career helping businesses improve the value of their product and service portfolio, using fact-based, market-focused product lifecycle management processes with practical implementations. She brings over 20 years experience in the technology, financial services, retirement and human resource benefits outsourcing industries. Lisa has hands-on experience managing complex product portfolios with P&L accountability, directing over $280m in web-based system investments, and has instituted numerous market and customer insight programs that have reduced time to market for products and ensured customers valued the solutions delivered.

Rich Gottesman is responsible for driving ProcessUnity’s product roadmap and development agenda. Working with customers and partners, he brings a results-oriented, creative, and interactive approach to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
Rich has been working in a customer-focused information technology capacity for over 20 years – ranging from software engineering, technical business analysis, business intelligence and data visualization, and CRM administration and architecture – at Monster Worldwide, Charles River Development, Pathfinder International, Fidelity Investments, and Exxon.
Rich holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Stephanie Chiha has over thirty-five years’ experience in Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Process Improvement, and Information Technology in companies ranging from start-ups to IBM Corporation. She directed worldwide Sarbanes-Oxley compliance at Unica Corporation and RSA Security. Ms. Chiha holds an MBA from Babson College, and an MA from Middlebury College and the Sorbonne. She is a Certified Internal Auditor.

Brendan O’Sullivan leads ProcessUnity’s sales team for Service Delivery Risk Management solutions to the financial services and technology industries. Brendan has over fifteen years of experience in sales and management for high tech companies based in San Francisco and Boston. Before joining ProcessUnity, he held senior sales roles at leading software and services companies including Infonet, Lycos, Impatica, and TimeTrade Systems. Brendan is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he earned an A.B. in History.
