ProcessUnity offers two support options for its on-demand solutions: Basic and Enhanced. Basic Support is included with every subscription. Basic Support features web-based ticketing and technical FAQs, with support staff available via the web or phone. Enhanced Support offers everything provided by Basic Support and more, including features such as 24x7 phone support and service level agreements.
